Adult Swim Lessons, Water Exercise, Water Jogging and Synchronized Swimming

Adult Swim Lessons (18+ years old)

We offer two levels of adult lessons for ages 18 and over.  Instructor to student ratio is 1:8.

Program fee for seven week session: Members $35; Non-members $140

  • Fall Session #2: November 3 to December 21 - Sundays 1:00 to 1:45 pm (All levels)

Beginner

This is a class for those who are afraid of the water or do not know how to swim.  Instructors help participants overcome their fears and begin to develop basic swimming skills.

Advanced

This class is for adults who are comfortable in the water and can perform basic swimming skills.  Training techniques and building of endurance are the main objectives of this course


Water Exercise (Members Only)

Water Aerobics

All the cardiovascular and strengthening benefits of a normal workout, without the stress on your joints.  Classes are 45 minutes long and meet either two or three times a week.  Ages 18 and over are welcome.  Instructor to student ratio is 1:20.  Due to class popularity, participants may register for one class only to avoid overcrowding.  Classes are restricted to members only.  There is no fee for this program.

    • Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri 9:45 to 10:30 am
    • Tues 7:15 to 8:00 pm
    • Thurs 7:15 to 8:00 pm

Aqua Jogging

The deep end of the pool will be open for Aqua Jogging during our Parent Plus Child #1 and #2 Classes.  Equipment is available.  This is a self-led program.
