The YMCA Fitness Center features a state-of-the-art fourteen piece Life Fitness circuit that will give you a total body workout in just 30 minutes. One set of 8 to 12 repetitions on each piece of equipment will tone every muscle group, leaving you feeling stronger and healthier.

The fitness center is also equipped with all your free free-weight needs: dumbbells that range from 3 to 150 pounds, adjustable benches, a Smith machine, leg and bench presses, preacher curl bench and a full multi-functional pulley station. Looking to strengthen and tone your body? Use our functional training tools, such as medicine balls, stability balls, rubber tubing and foam rollers. If you feel like throwing a few punches too, there is a heavy bag and speed bag for your use.

And don't forget cardio! We have treadmills, cross-trainers, stair-steppers, a rowing machine, recumbent and upright bikes and, most recently, a PRO All Body Exerciser and an arm ergometer. There is always a Fitness staff person on duty, who can address any of your concerns and who can recommend new exercises to add to your workout.
The Fitness Center is intended for use by adults and properly oriented youth above the age of twelve (see below). Children are not allowed in the Fitness Center.
