This is an eight week program for adults incorporating information on nutrition, exercise and behavior change to help you lose weight safely and successfully. At each session a portion of time is set aside for discussion of participant's motives, obstacles and successes at weight loss.
Only 25 people may register per session. People who have not previously taken the course are given priority over those who have taken the course already.
A dream-sharing skill group that will delve into why we dream and what our dreams mean. Our dreams speak to us in the language of the heart, and analyzing them can help us understand what is going on in the subconscious mind. This supportive, non-threatening environment will meet Tuesday evenings for eight weeks and will allow group members to experience a vital source of personal growth and learn the complex messages that are available to all of us.
Presenter: Pearl Natter is a Dream Analyst, teacher, lecturer and student of spiritual and psychological studies for more than 30 years with special interest in relationships, inner-self and dreams.
