Adult Weight Loss and Other Health Workshops

 

Lose to Win Weight Loss Program ( A Collaboration with Nyack Hospital)

This is an eight week program for adults incorporating information on nutrition, exercise and behavior change to help you lose weight safely and successfully.  At each session a portion of time is set aside for discussion of participant's motives, obstacles and successes at weight loss.

Only 25 people may register per session.  People who have not previously taken the course are given priority over those who have taken the course already.

  •  Spring Session:  Starts Tuesday, April 27
    • Tuesdays at 7:00 to 8:30 pm for eight weeks
    • Fee:  $25 for an eight week session
