Water exercise classes utilize the resistance and buoyancy of the water and will improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility
Our certified Instructors lead group classes through water aerobics, core strengthening and much more. Gain muscle conditioning and cardiovascular endurance from the aerobic choreography and the resistance of the water.

In addition to Water Exercise classes, the Y keeps lap lanes available at all times for those who want to work out in the water. Our NEW Masters Swim Program also provides the opportunity to refine swim skills with coach-led practices and friendly competition with fellow Y members.
