Helping people of all ages and abilities to develop health in spirit, mind and body is at the core of the YMCA movement. Our programs are designed to help people create attainable goals for self improvement through regular exercise, proper nutrition, stress management and health education.

Try a group exercise class, work out with a personal trainer, sample our Fitness Center, play Pickleball, we have many ways to help you on your journey towards better health.


From low - impact exercise, chair classes or stretching and strength training to indoor cycling, water exercise or yoga, you’ll find a group exercise class that is fun, supportive and keeps you moving.

T'ai Chi

This class is perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified movement class. The foundation of our practice is the Yang Style T’aiChi Hand Form: mindful, choreographed movements that cultivate balance, harmony, relaxation, stability, power, and body awareness. T’ai Chi is a whole-being art grounded in the understanding that the body, mind, spirit are not separate.
