The Rockland County YMCA is thrilled to offer Indoor Cycling in a group fitness format. Classes focus on endurance, strength, interval, and high-intensity training using the stationary bike.
We all need the advice of an expert sometimes, as well as the personal attention that comes with a trainer or coach. The Y offers personal training and coaching to help you set and meet your specific goals in order to live healthier.
EnhanceFitness is an evidence-based, community-delivered exercise program proven to increase strength, boost activity levels, and elevate mood. Certified EF instructors offer a program that focuses on stretching, flexibility, balance, low impact aerobics, and strength training exercises.
Adults looking to challenge themselves without stress on their joints or members who enjoy the water can take advantage of the Y's Water Aerobics classes.
