VIRTUAL WORKOUTS WITH THE Y

Stay healthy and connected with Virtual Group Exercise, brought to you by our YMCA. Feel free to join ANY class LIVE or ON DEMAND! An active Rockland County YMCA membership is required to participate in these activities.

We encourage you to "check-in" every time before beginning a virtual or on-demand class so we can log your visit and continue to be able to provide you more options!

This is especially important for our Insurance Members (Silver Sneakers, Renew Active) because by checking-in, your virtual visits can be reported to the insurance company and the Y will receive credit for your visit. This directly supports the Y in our efforts to give you the best experience possible during this time.
 
Corporate Members should also consider checking in before each virtual workout. This will allow us to help you track your visits to report to your employer for wellness benefits.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW …

 

MEMBERSHIP AND RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED

An active Rockland County YMCA membership is required to participate in these activities. If you have not yet reactivated your membership, you can click the button below. Those who do not wish to participate in these activities do not have to do anything. Our membership team will continue to keep all memberships on a hold/freeze at no charge while our fitness center still remains closed.

REACTIVATE MEMBERSHIP

 

Advanced Reservations are required to participate in these activities. In an effort to ensure a safe environment and maintain limited capacity, all virtual fitness classes and pool lap swimming require a reservation using our appointment facility reservation page. Reservations open 1 week in advance and will remain open until 1 hour before the scheduled appointment time or until all spaces are filled. There’s no fee to sign up once you’ve reactivated your membership. To reactivate your membership, please submit a request using the 'Reactivate Membership' Button.
