Y's Beginnings Toddler Programs (Partial Day Nursery for 18 months to 3 year olds in Suffern)
The Y's Beginnings nursery school, which has an enrollment of about 200 children has adult/tot, toddler and preschool programs throughout the school year and a separate summer program for toddlers and preschool. The school is located at the United Methodist Church at 18 Parkside Drive, Suffern NY 10901. This location is a short distance from Mahwah, NJ, as well as being convenient to residents of western Rockland County.
During the school year, Y's Beginnings offers adult/tot classes for children from 18 months to 2 years old with accompanying adult once a week on Fridays for 1.5 hours and Toddler and Just Three's classes for children 2 to 3 years old ( no parent participation) for 2 hours at the Parkside Drive location. The nursery school rooms are play centered environments with a wide range of materials and activities designed to give each child the opportunity to learn according to their individual interests and needs. Every day, an array of new ideas and experiences are presented, and our teachers gently and warmly guide the children. In this way, we can promise your child a year full of fun and active learning. All classes follow "The Creative Curriculum for Preschool and Toddlers".

Y's Beginnings 2010 Summer Camp Registration and Rates
Y's Beginnings offers four consecutive Summer Camp sessions of two weeks each for toddlers and pre-schoolers, ages 2 through 5, starting July 6, 2010. Children may attend from 2 to 5 days a week from 9:30 AM to 12 Noon. Register early as space is limited. Registration starts March 22, 2010. Y's Beginnings Toddler Child Care Registration and Rates for 2010-2011 School Year
Continuing students may register starting on January 12, 2010 for the 2010-2011 session running from September 2010 to July 2011. Open registration starts February 1, 2010. If you are a new registrant and submit an application before February 1, 2010 your application will be processed on February 1 in the order it was received by us. Apply now to reserve your spot.
