The TOGA Biathlon is being held Sunday, October 19, 2008 at Rockland Lake State Park in Congers, New York. The event will start at 8:30 am rain or shine and consists of 4.25k running, 25k biking and 4.25k running segments. This a USA Triathlon sponsored event that benefits the Rockland County YMCA aquatics program.
