Family Scavenger Hunt (Saturday, September 27, 2008 at 11 am)
Hunt for treasures at our second annual Family Scavenger Hunt at the Nyack facility. This free event is most suitable for children age 5 to 12.
America on the Move Week (September 20 through 27, 2008)

America On the Move Week as we host activities that promote healthy
living through physical activity and nutritious eating. Stay tuned

the Move, a national nonprofit organization that works to improve
health and quality of life by promoting healthful eating and active
living among individuals, families, communities and society. In
addition to the research and programs AOM conducts, you can also log

TOGA Biathlon (Sunday October 19, 2008)
The TOGA Biathlon is being held Sunday, October 19, 2008 at Rockland Lake State Park in Congers, New York. The event will start at 8:30 am rain or shine and consists of 4.25k running, 25k biking and 4.25k running segments. This a USA Triathlon sponsored event that benefits the Rockland County YMCA aquatics program. Halloween BINGO (Friday, October 23 at 6:30 pm)
Fun for the whole family during this night of Family Swim, BINGO, pumpkin painting and a costume contest. Admission is $3 ($1 if you are in costume) at the front desk of the Nyack facility. Reservations are required. Please call 845-358-0245 to make your reservation.
Fitness Buffet (Saturday, November 1, 2008 between 10 am and 3 pm)
Adults 16 years and older may sample our half-hour group fitness classes at the Nyack Facility for free. Try them all, and consider joining the Y to continue improving your fitness and health.
Home for the Holidays (Friday, December 5, 2008 at 6:30 pm)
Join us for Family Swim, holiday-themed activities and healthy snacks. This event is most suitable for children ages 5 to 12 and their families. The event is free to members and $3 per person to the general public. Reservations are required. Please call 845-358-0245 to make your reservation.
BINGO (Friday, February 6 at 7:30 pm)
