There are many ways your donation will help... Your donation could be used to provide childcare for families in need. Our child care programs, classes and activities are designed to engage children and help them develop the values, skills and confidence they will need to succeed as adults.
The YMCA is the largest childcare provider in Rockland County NY. If there is anything our community has learned due to the pandemic, Childcare is our top priority. Our Before & After School program is an essential resource for families in our community. Unfortunately, not everyone is able to afford this service. Our Child Care program serves over 800 children at 17 sites in cooperation with school districts including: Nyack, Clarkstown, S. Orangetown, Pearl River and Suffern. We are raising funds for children and families who live in our community that cannot afford to pay for childcare, especially during the summer months. Our Summer Camp Program at Krucker’s provides breakfast and hot lunches for 332 campers, ages 5-13 from June through August. We need your help and support to continue to serve our community.
