DATES AND TIMES:

Ezra: Tuesday and Thursday 7:00am-7:45am

Sean: Wednesday and Friday 5:00pm-5:45pm

 

Tuesday May 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th

Thursday 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd

  

 

Wednesday 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd

Friday 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th

 

Please note: classes start on Wednesday May 1st and Thursday May 2nd.

Group Size:
Minimum: 4 Participants
Maximum: 8 Participants
Frequency: 2 Days/week
Duration: 45 minutes

COST: $180 for 8 classes ($22.50/session)

LOCATION : Rockland County YMCA (Gymnasium), 35 South Broadway, Nyack, NY 10960

This 4-week Small Group Circuit Personal Training is CORE centric; it addresses balance, stability and motor learning. Circuit Training is one of the fastest and safest way to increase muscle tone and reach your fitness goals.

 * Must be done as a group

 * Please choose either Tuesday and Thursday or Wednesday and Friday

 * Please attend all eight (8) training sessions for better fitness results

 * There will not be make up sessions
