We are seeking qualified individuals (ages 16 and up) who will be responsible for the health and safety of patrons using our Aquatics facilities (pool, sauna, hot tub, steam room).

This is a great job for retired people!!

Qualifications:

• Current YMCA or American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Certificate.
• Current CPR/AED/Professional Rescuer, Oxygen Administration, and First Aid certifications.
• Knowledge of proper rescue techniques and proper use of equipment

AVAILABLE LIFEGUARD SHIFTS:

Mondays 10am-2p

Mondays 6p-10:15p

Tuesdays 5am-10a **shift differential paid

Wednesdays 5 am-10 a **shift differential paid

AVAILABLE SWIM INSTRUCTOR SHIFTS

Qualifications:Prior experience with swim team or swim lessons- we will train you in the YMCA curriculum 

Saturday 10-3:30

AQUA EXERCISE INSTRUCTORS

We're seeking fun, engaging motivated individuals to teach aqua exercise Monday thru Friday 9:30-11:00 (2 classes).

Must be at least 18 years of age. CPR/AED Certification required; Aqua Exercise Certification preferred, but will train; and Group Exercise Certification a plus.  Please email your resume to  to JKeavney@rocklandymca.org
