Group Swim Lessons
GROUP SWIM LESSONS
The Y is “America’s Swim Instructor” and the most accessible community resource to prevent drowning and encourage a lifelong enjoyment of swimming. The Y introduced the country to the concept of group swim lessons more than 100 years ago, (1909), and each year, the Y teaches more than a million children invaluable water safety and swimming skills.
For more than 160 years, the YMCA has nurtured potential and united communities across America to create lasting, and meaningful change. Everything the Y does is in service of building a better us. One of the most effective ways to accomplish this is to teach youth, teens, and adults to swim, so they can stay safe around water and learn the skills they need to make swimming a lifelong pursuit for staying healthy.

What is the YMCA membership payment policy for the swim program?
I understand that my child (ren’s) membership must be active throughout the time I am enrolled in the swim program and the monthly fee of $12/month (Up to 12 yrs) or $20/month (13- 18 yrs) will be set to draft with my monthly swim lessons payment plan.
I understand that if I hold an individual adult or family membership, my monthly membership fees will be in accordance with the Rockland County YMCA monthly membership plan.
I understand that if I have a monthly draft membership type and I wish to terminate or change my membership in any way, I must give the YMCA 2 weeks written notice before the draft date.
I hereby authorize the YMCA to charge my credit/debit card for the monthly membership. Our AutoPay feature will process these payments on the draft date which is the 5th of the month.
I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the YMCA of any changes in my account status, name and/or address information. It is also my responsibility to notify the YMCA of any changes to my bank information at least 6 business days prior to the Auto Pay Transaction Date.
