MEDICARE FITNESS PROGRAMS
The Rockland County YMCA participates in several Medicare fitness programs that may provide eligible members with a complimentary YMCA membership, including:

Eligibility and benefits vary by insurance plan. Please check with your health insurance provider to confirm your eligibility.
How to Get Started:
Confirm your eligibility through your insurance provider or fitness program, then bring your program or membership information, photo ID, and completed YMCA membership application to the YMCA Membership Desk. Our staff will verify your eligibility and complete your enrollment.
Additional fees may apply for select programs and services, including swim lessons and specialty fitness classes.
PAYMENT TYPES
The Rockland County YMCA accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bank Electronic Transfer, Cash and Checks. Tap to Pay is almost here!
MONTHLY DRAFT MEMBERSHIPS
- Monthly draft membership is a continuous membership with payments through convenient automatic bank draft or credit card draft.
- Monthly draft membership payments will always have a 'Next Process Date' on the 1st of the month.
- You will have until the 15th of the month to cancel and get a refund, anything after the 15th your account will be terminated at the end of the month
- A fee of $30 will be charged for all returned drafts because of non-sufficient funds, account closing, or payment stopped.
- Memberships will draft on the 5th of each month.
- Memberships are non-refundable.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS
- Annual membership is a continuous membership with payments due annually through convenient automatic bank draft or credit card draft.
- Annual membership payments are due 12 months later on the 1st of the month.
- Annual membership payments will always have a 'Next Process Date' on the 1st of the month.
- Annual memberships will incur a prorated membership fee for the joining month (from join date to the end of the last date of the join month).
- A fee of $30 will be charged for all returned credit card, bank draft or check payments because of non-sufficient funds, account closing, or payment stopped.
- Memberships will be due annually on the 'Next Process Date' which is always the 1st of the month.
- Memberships are non-refundable.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS & HOLDS
If you would like to cancel your membership or place it on hold, please contact our Front Desk for assistance. Our staff will be happy to guide you through the process and answer any questions regarding your membership.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Assistance is available for those who cannot afford the vital services the YMCA provides. With Financial Assistance, kids and families find the assets they need in YMCA programs like Membership, Youth Sports, Swim Lessons, Parent-Child programs, Summer Camp, Teen Leadership, and others.
