Rockland County YMCA Celebrates an Incredible Giving Tuesday

The Rockland County YMCA is proud to share the outstanding success of this year’s Giving Tuesday — a day that truly showcased the generosity, spirit, and heart of our community.
Thanks to the kindness of our members, supporters, and friends, we raised more than $7,500 to support the programs, scholarships, and community initiatives that define our mission. Every donation, every message of encouragement, and every act of support made a meaningful difference.
Throughout the day, we had the opportunity to speak with members who took the time to learn more about the Y’s impact. These conversations reminded us how deeply our mission resonates and how committed our community is to helping one another. We are especially grateful to all who contributed — whether virtually or in person — and for the stories, reflections, and words of support that helped make the day so meaningful.
Because of you, we’re one step closer to creating lasting, positive change across Rockland County. Your support ensures that children have safe spaces to learn and grow, families have access to wellness resources, and neighbors can rely on a welcoming community.
If you weren’t able to participate on Giving Tuesday, we completely understand — and the good news is that it’s never too late to give. Every contribution, no matter the size, fuels the work we do every day.
