Rockland YMCA Hosts Successful Golf Event with Strong Community Turnout

On June 5th 2025, the Rockland YMCA proudly hosted its annual Golf Event, bringing together community members for a day of fun, friendly competition, and support for local YMCA programs.

This year’s event welcomed an impressive 120 participants, including golfers, dedicated volunteers, sponsors and YMCA staff who helped make the day run smoothly. Golfers teed off under sunny skies, enjoying a well-organized tournament filled with a shared commitment to community wellness.

The funds raised during the event will go directly toward supporting the Rockland YMCA’s Youth Development programs and camps. 

From registration to the final hole, the spirit of giving and community connection was evident throughout the day. Volunteers played a vital role, assisting with setup, check-in, and on-course needs to ensure everything ran seamlessly.

We are deeply grateful to our sponsors, volunteers, and staff who helped bring this day to life, and to everyone who contributed their time and talents. With continued community engagement and support, the Rockland YMCA plans to build on this momentum for future events. Plans are already underway to make next year’s tournament even bigger and better.
